It helped my nerves because when I am stressed I get very indecisive and go back and forth. This is a terrible thing when you are dealing with multiple choice questions and the social work exam has questions that have very close answers so you need to focus without distractions. It is tricky because you can usually eliminate one answer in multiple choice but not the others.
