If you have plans this weekend for gatherings, you can prepare yourself to use this time for self-growth. I had a meditation teacher who said that it’s not what happens during the meditation session that is the most critical, but how you deal with your thoughts and emotions during the rest of the day. Think of the holiday family interactions as a time to practice and apply healthy coping skills. (more…)
